Orders

Browse the Site, add items to your cart, and click Checkout. You will enter your shipping address, choose a delivery option, and pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

We prepare orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us at sales@chantramed.com or LINE @chantramed with your order number and we will do our best to help. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.

You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after checkout. A separate shipment-notification email is sent once your parcel is dispatched, with tracking.

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at sales@chantramed.com with your name, email, approximate order time, and order total so we can locate it.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Available methods may vary by order, location, and payment provider.

Yes. Your payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Our checkout uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Fees, if any (for example a Cash-on-Delivery surcharge where offered), are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Yes. Prices are in Thai Baht (฿/THB) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping

We deliver within Thailand only at this time. International shipping is not yet available.

Within Phuket, Express / Next-Day delivery is available at checkout where offered. Standard delivery within Thailand usually takes 1–3 business days where available; remote, island, or restricted-access areas may take longer. Please see the Shipping Policy for full details.

Yes. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders of ฿999 or more, calculated according to the offer shown at checkout.

We ship with trusted Thai carriers, which currently include Flash Express, Lalamove, Thailand Post, J&T Express, and Grab. The specific carrier is chosen based on destination, weight, and service.

Please check your tracking link for the latest status. If there has been no update for an unusually long period, or your delivery window has passed, contact us at sales@chantramed.com with your order number and we will look into it.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Opened supplements, opened cosmetics/skincare, and hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable for hygiene reasons, except if they were delivered wrong, damaged, defective, or already expired. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Please email us at sales@chantramed.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, and attach clear photos or video of the outer parcel, the product, and the damage/defect/expiry. For confirmed damaged, wrong, expired, or defective items, ChantraMed covers the return or replacement shipping.

If the item was wrong, damaged, defective, or expired, ChantraMed pays the return/replacement shipping. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.

After your return is received and approved, refunds are usually initiated within 3–5 business days and completed within 7–15 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take up to 30 calendar days to post the refund to your account.

Products & Thai FDA / อย.

Where applicable, the Thai FDA / อย. registration number (for supplements) or cosmetic notification number (for cosmetics and skincare) is shown on the relevant product page, for identification and verification.

Read the product page carefully, including the ingredient list, usage instructions, and any safety information. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Follow the storage instructions on each product's label. As a general rule, keep products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and out of reach of children.

Rewards / ChantraPoints

It is our free loyalty program. You earn 1 ChantraPoint for every ฿100 spent, unlock tiers based on cumulative spend, and redeem points for store credit on future orders. Full rules are on the Rewards Program Rules page.

The current point value, any minimum redemption, and the maximum you can redeem per order are shown in the Rewards widget in your account and on the Rewards Program Rules page.

Yes. Tiers are based on cumulative eligible spend. The tier thresholds, names, and any tier benefits are shown on the Rewards page and in the Rewards Program Rules.

Yes. ChantraPoints expire after a fixed period from the date they are earned, as described in the Rewards Program Rules. The Rewards widget shows your current balance and, where available, upcoming expirations.

Points earned on a refunded or cancelled order will be adjusted, and points redeemed on that order will be returned to your balance where possible. See the Rewards Program Rules §8.

Account & Wishlist

You can browse the Site and check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save a wishlist, use the Rewards program, and check out faster next time.

Use the Sign in with… buttons on the login page. Social login is powered by HIKO Social Login. We receive only the basic profile information the identity provider shares with us (e.g. name, email, profile picture).

Click the heart icon on any product to save it. Visit your wishlist page to see saved items or move them to your cart.

Sign in to your account, go to Addresses, and edit or add a new address. You can also update the address during checkout for a specific order.

Privacy & Cookies

Yes. We use strictly-necessary cookies (for the Site to work), analytics cookies (Shopify Customer Events, Google Analytics 4), and marketing cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel for Facebook & Instagram). On your first visit you can Accept, Decline, or Manage cookie categories.

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer or clear your Site cookies to see the banner again on your next visit.

We do not sell personal data. With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies share limited event data (such as page views and purchases) with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel to measure performance and show relevant ads. We do not share health data with advertisers.

Our Site runs on Shopify, whose servers may be located outside Thailand. We rely on PDPA-compliant transfer mechanisms for any cross-border transfers. See the Privacy Policy §9.
