Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://chantramed.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered on it by CHANTRAMED LTD. ("ChantraMed", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. What ChantraMed offers

ChantraMed is an online retailer based in Thailand offering selected health, beauty, wellness, supplements, skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care products. Product selection, availability, and pricing may change from time to time. The Site provides product information for general consumer use and does not provide medical advice or clinical services.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you:

  • are at least 20 years old (the age of majority in Thailand), or are 10–20 years old and have parental or guardian consent;
  • are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Thai law;
  • provide accurate, complete, and current information when you register or order.

We may refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, for example where there is suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms.

4. Your account

When you create an account you are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials confidential;
  • all activity that occurs under your account;
  • notifying us promptly at sales@chantramed.com of any unauthorised use.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these Terms.

5. Products, pricing, and availability

  • All prices are shown in Thai Baht (฿/THB) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
  • Product listings, images, ingredient lists, and Thai FDA / อย. information are provided for general product information only. Product packaging and contents may change from time to time.
  • Product colours and images may appear slightly differently depending on your device.
  • Stock is limited. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, backorder, or full refund for the affected item.
  • Where applicable, Thai FDA / อย. registration or cosmetic notification details are shown on the relevant product page.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion (for example in cases of pricing errors, fraud, or unavailability).

6. Orders and contract formation

  • Placing an order on the Site constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price, subject to these Terms.
  • Our confirmation email that your order has been accepted and is being processed is the point at which a contract of sale is formed between you and ChantraMed.
  • An automatic "order received" message does not by itself constitute acceptance.
  • We may decline or cancel your order at any point before dispatch, in which case we will refund any amount already charged.

7. Pricing errors

Despite reasonable care, occasional pricing errors may appear on the Site. Where a product has been listed at a clearly incorrect price (for example due to a technical or typographical error), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after order confirmation.

8. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Available methods may vary by order, location, and payment provider. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. You authorise the payment provider to charge you the order total, including taxes and delivery where applicable.

9. Shipping, delivery, and risk

Shipping is covered by the Shipping Policy at /policies/shipping-policy. Delivery risk and title:

  • Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to the shipping address you provided.
  • Title to the goods transfers to you on delivery (risk and title combined, unless local law provides otherwise).

10. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy at /policies/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Reviews, ratings, and user content

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content ("User Content") via the Site (including via Judge.me) or our social channels. By submitting User Content you:

  • confirm the content is your own, truthful, lawful, and not misleading;
  • confirm you have the rights to any photos or videos you submit;
  • grant ChantraMed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, publish, translate, adapt, and display the content on the Site, our marketing, and our social channels;
  • accept that we may moderate, reject, remove, or edit User Content, for example to comply with these Terms, applicable law, or platform policies.

Do not post User Content that: contains personal data of third parties without their consent; makes medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims about our products; is false, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or infringes another person's rights.

12. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

  • breach any law (including PDPA, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, or advertising law);
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
  • use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to extract data (except for publicly-available RSS feeds and indexing by reputable search engines);
  • interfere with the Site's security or performance;
  • place orders using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods;
  • resell or misrepresent ChantraMed products in a way that harms consumers.

13. Intellectual property

ChantraMed original website content, layout, graphics, and design elements are owned by ChantraMed or licensed to us. Product names, brand names, logos, packaging images, and manufacturer images may belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification, sale, and description where permitted. No partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.

You may view and download ChantraMed original Site content only for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works from ChantraMed original content without our prior written permission.

14. Third-party tools and links

The Site integrates with third-party tools (for example, Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel, BLOY Loyalty, Judge.me Reviews, HIKO Social Login, Shopify Email, and delivery carriers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ChantraMed is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites you may reach through links on the Site.

15. No medical advice

Information on the Site is general consumer product information only and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take medication, please consult a qualified practitioner before using any wellness or supplement product.

16. Thai FDA / อย. references

Where we reference Thai FDA / อย. registration or cosmetic notification for a product, the relevant number is shown on that product page. Registration or notification does not imply endorsement by any Thai authority.

17. Rewards program

The ChantraPoints / ChantraMed Rewards program is governed by the Rewards Program Rules at /pages/rewards-rules. Participation is subject to those rules.

18. Marketing

By opting in to our marketing email, SMS, or LINE communications you consent to receive marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Privacy Policy §8).

19. Warranties and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law:

  • the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available";
  • we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware;
  • we do not guarantee that any product will produce specific results for your individual circumstances;
  • statutory consumer rights under Thai law are not excluded by these Terms.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Thai law, in no event will ChantraMed, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law.

21. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChantraMed from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

22. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, your account, or the Rewards program at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

24. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the competent Thai courts, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.
