Rewards Program Rules

These Program Rules govern the ChantraPoints / ChantraMed Rewards program (the "Program") operated by CHANTRAMED LTD. ("ChantraMed", "we", "us", "our") for customers of https://chantramed.com (the "Site"). By joining or participating in the Program you agree to these Rules, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

The Program is powered by the BLOY Loyalty Rewards app installed on the Site, which issues store credit via Shopify's native store-credit feature. Current behavior of the Program depends on BLOY and Shopify settings; where those settings take precedence over specific statements in these Rules, those settings control, and we will update these Rules to match.

1. Program overview

ChantraPoints is a free customer-loyalty program. Eligible customers earn ChantraPoints on qualifying purchases, reach tier levels based on total spend, and redeem points for store credit to use on future orders on the Site.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible to join if you:

  • have an active ChantraMed customer account;
  • are at least 20 years old, or 10–20 with parental/guardian consent;
  • have a valid Thai delivery address, unless ChantraMed later extends eligibility;
  • are not currently banned or suspended from the Site or the Program.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ChantraMed may participate in the Program but may have additional conditions applied.

3. How to join

  • Create a customer account on the Site (or sign in via HIKO Social Login).
  • Enrolment is automatic once your account is active; no separate fee is charged.

4. Earning ChantraPoints

4.1 Base earning rule (Starter tier)

  • Starter tier: ฿100 spent = 1 ChantraPoint.
  • Spend is calculated on the eligible product subtotal of a completed, paid, non-cancelled, non-refunded order.
  • ChantraPoints for a purchase are posted to your balance when the order status becomes Fulfilled in our order system. If the order is later refunded or cancelled, points are adjusted per §8.
  • You do not need to sign up before you place an order. Points earned on qualifying orders placed before you create an account are credited to your account once you sign up with the same email address.

4.2 Ways to earn ChantraPoints

In addition to earning on purchases, the following Ways to Earn are currently configured in the Program (values may change with reasonable notice):

ChantraMed may also run limited-time bonus promotions. Bonus rules will be announced on the Rewards page or in campaign communications and are subject to these Rules.

4.2.1 Tier earning multiplier (purchases only)

Higher tiers earn more ChantraPoints per ฿100 spent on qualifying orders. The multiplier applies only to the "Place an order" rule; points from Sign up, Birthday, Refer a friend, Share, Follow, and Like are flat and do not scale with tier.

4.3 What does not earn ChantraPoints

The following are generally excluded from earning (unless explicitly stated in a promotion):

  • taxes, delivery fees, and surcharges;
  • purchases of gift cards (where offered);
  • amounts paid using ChantraPoints redemption / store credit;
  • amounts refunded or cancelled;
  • fraudulent or disputed orders;
  • chargebacks.

5. Redemption

5.1 Ways to redeem

ChantraPoints are redeemed for store credit in fixed bundles (values may change with reasonable notice):

Larger bundles provide greater store credit value per ChantraPoint. You may redeem more than one bundle per order where your balance and the live checkout allow.

5.2 Minimum redemption

The minimum redemption is 100 ChantraPoints (one 100-point bundle).

5.3 How to redeem

  • Redemption is available through the BLOY Rewards widget on the Site and in your customer account area.
  • When you select a bundle, a corresponding store credit is issued to your Shopify customer account.
  • Redeemed points are deducted from your ChantraPoints balance when the bundle is applied.
  • Each issued store credit expires after the period shown in §5.1 above, counted from the date of issuance, whether or not you have used it. Expired store credit cannot be reinstated.

5.4 What redemption applies to

Store credit issued from ChantraPoints redemption is governed by Shopify's native store-credit feature at checkout. In general, store credit is applied toward the amount payable for an order and does not apply to:

  • delivery fees;
  • taxes or surcharges where the payment rails do not permit store credit;
  • gift card purchases (where offered);
  • any items or amounts excluded by a specific promotion or by Shopify's store-credit rules in force at the time of checkout.

Whether store credit can be combined with discount codes or used on items already on sale is governed by the Shopify and BLOY rules in effect at checkout; these Rules do not override those behaviours.

6. Tiers (VIP)

Tier status is based on eligible amount spent during the current program period [verified in BLOY].

6.1 Qualification period and reset

  • Your tier is updated immediately when your qualifying spend reaches a new tier threshold.
  • Tier qualification is assessed per calendar year. At the end of each calendar year, qualifying-spend totals reset and tier positions are reassessed for the new year.
  • Points balances and earned points are governed separately (see §7).

6.2 Tier benefits

The following tier benefits are currently configured in the Program (values and perks may change with reasonable notice):

"Cashback-style bonus" is delivered through the purchase-earning multiplier described in §4.2.1; it is not a separate cash payment.

Entry rewards are issued once per tier promotion and follow the store-credit rules in §5 (including post-issuance expiry). Tier benefits such as free shipping apply at checkout while your tier is active; if your tier is reassessed at year-end (§6.1) and you drop below the qualifying tier, those benefits end.

7. Point expiration (inactivity)

  • ChantraPoints expire if your account is inactive for 6 consecutive months.
  • "Inactive" means no qualifying point-earning or point-redeeming activity during that period. The expiration period restarts each time you earn or redeem points.
  • When points expire, the deduction will appear in your activity log as "Points expired due to inactivity".
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.
  • ChantraMed may, at its discretion, send reminders before points expire. No automated expiry-reminder email programme is currently integrated; reminders, if any, are not guaranteed.
  • Store credit that has already been issued from redeemed points expires separately per §5.1, counted from issuance and not from your last activity.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

8.1 Order cancellation (before dispatch)

  • If your order is cancelled before dispatch, any ChantraPoints awarded for that order are cancelled (removed from your balance).
  • Any points redeemed on that order are returned to your balance.

8.2 Returns and refunds after dispatch

  • When an order's status becomes Refunded in our order system, points earned on that order are removed from your balance. The deduction appears in your activity log as "Points removed due to order refund".
  • Where an order is partially refunded, points may be adjusted in proportion to the refunded amount, subject to the behaviour of the live BLOY and Shopify systems at the time of the refund.
  • Points redeemed on an order that is later refunded are re-credited where the live systems support it; issued store credit remains subject to its own post-issuance expiry (§5.1).
  • If a return is rejected under the Return & Refund Policy, no points adjustment is made.

8.3 Chargebacks and disputed payments

  • If a payment is charged back, reversed, or otherwise disputed, the related earned points are forfeited and we may suspend or close your Program membership pending investigation.

9. Transferability

  • ChantraPoints are personal to your account and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, inherited, or combined between accounts, unless required by law.
  • Opening multiple accounts to accumulate points or bypass caps is not permitted (see §10).

10. Fraud and abuse

The following are examples of prohibited activity and may result in immediate forfeiture of points, suspension from the Program, cancellation of related orders, and/or closure of your account:

  • creating multiple accounts to game earning, tiers, or promotions;
  • using stolen, fake, or fraudulent payment methods;
  • placing and cancelling orders purely to earn points;
  • reselling ChantraPoints or offering to do so;
  • exploiting bugs, pricing errors, or loopholes in the Program;
  • violating these Rules, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

11. No cash value

ChantraPoints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where expressly required by Thai law.

12. Changes to the Program

ChantraMed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • modify earning rules, redemption rules, point value, tiers, qualifying spend, minimum or maximum redemption, and point expiration;
  • add, restrict, or remove Program benefits;
  • suspend or terminate the Program in whole or in part;
  • suspend or terminate your individual participation in accordance with §10.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice on the Site and, where practical, by email to active members. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

13. Privacy and data

Participation in the Program involves processing of personal data (for example, order history, points balance, tier, and redemption history). This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Loyalty data is not used to classify you for any health-related advertising and is not shared with ad platforms for the purpose of targeting you based on health conditions.

14. Governing rules

These Rules work together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In case of inconsistency between these Rules and an announced promotion, the promotion's specific rules apply to that promotion; otherwise these Rules control.
